What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) requires consent for any that are not strictly necessary.
What this site uses
None. This site does not set cookies or store anything on your device, and it loads no advertising, tracking or social media scripts. The fonts are served from our own site rather than from a third party.
The ESOS eligibility checker keeps your answers in the page while you use it. Nothing is saved to your device or sent to us, and the answers are gone when you leave or refresh the page.
Analytics
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or any other storage on your device, and it does not track you across sites. Vercel identifies a visit with a temporary value derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so we see aggregate numbers rather than individuals. See the Vercel Web Analytics privacy documentation for detail.
Third-party sites
Some links take you to services run by other companies:
- Book a call opens Google Calendar appointment scheduling, which is covered by Google's cookie policy.
- LinkedIn links open LinkedIn, which is covered by LinkedIn's cookie policy.
Those sites may set their own cookies once you are on them. We have no control over them.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because this site sets none, doing so will not affect how it works. Guidance for the main browsers:
Changes
If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting them and update this page first. Questions to ben@hyphora.co.uk. How we handle personal data more generally is set out in our privacy notice.
