Ben Hart speaking at a lectern

I have spent 18 years across energy, climate and nature, including five years building and scaling nature restoration companies, after I built and ran the smart buildings optimisation team at Carbon Intelligence (acquired by Accenture, 2022). I founded Hyphora Consulting to sell that judgement directly: identifying opportunities, developing proposals, running tenders, managing delivery and reporting on impact, across both energy and nature.

Most organisations buy energy advice from one specialist and nature advice from another, then spend time reconciling two different views of the same estate. I hold both, so the recommendations already account for the trade-offs between them: a biodiversity net gain commitment that changes the economics of an energy project, a decarbonisation plan that opens up land for restoration. That's what 18 years on both sides of the table gives you.

I manage delivery. I do not install equipment, and I do not run nature restoration projects myself. The work is advisory and management, backed by the technical depth and experience from almost two decades of building systems, teams and processes in these sectors.
